Heatwaves hit Lausanne these days, but that couldn't stop us from playing with fire. We've participated in UNIL's fire prevention training and this was so much fun!
We learnt how to extinguish different types of fire and got a hands-on experience with fire extinguisher and fire blanket in a firefighter's demonstration lab. Now we're well prepared to handle accidents that may happen doing the labwork.
It's a pity we follow these trainings only once per 5 years, it was so nice we could do it every year! Not to mention it increases our safety at work.
