Ksenia's very first first-author paper and PhD work is now out in Current Biology!
Congrats soon-to-be Dr. Kuznetsova! Ksenia will be defending her PhD thesis next week.
The lab celebrated together, virtually and in-person, with some champagne and snacks.
Ksenia took to the big screen, and Shivali gifted the co-authors a crown to wear.
Ksenia also submitted an artwork for the cover of Current Biology, which unfortunately was not selected. Another fish snatched the cover instead of the zebrafish.
