Great news for the Lab! Nadine is among the sixty scientists elected to the EMBO membership, as announced today by the EMBO themselves. The membership is a lifelong honor awarded in recognition of outstanding achievements to scientists that have demonstrated research excellence in their diverse fields. She thus joins the community of more than two thousands life scientists across Europe and around the world.
According to the EMBO website, 'the members help shape the future direction of life sciences by actively participating in EMBO initiatives. They serve on EMBO Council and Committees, editorial boards of EMBO Press journals, and review funding applications. Each year, new members are selected through nomination and election by the existing EMBO Membership. The process ensures the representation of diverse research fields responds to emerging trends.'
What a great news to start the holiday season!
Congrats, Nadine!

Amazing news and well deserved, congrats Nadine! :)
